"G" is suited to replace many Lucas distributors (MG,Jaguar,Triumph )
"M" is suited to replace many Bosch distributors ( Mercedes)
"D" is suited to replace many Ducellier's (Citroen,Peugeot,Alfa )
"V" is suited to replace many Bosch distributors (VW,Porsche, Volvo ) Not suited for Bosch electronic injection systems. However works nicely with Mechanicly Injected motors, Carburetted or Naturally Aspirated motors.
"Kent" is suited for "FORD-KENT Cross Flow"and"Lotus Twin Cam-engines, supplied with a mounting bracket. As always compare your distributor against the supplied line drawing, lower on this page.
Note:Tune models are Not suited for Bosch Jetronic injection systems. But work nicely on the Bosch Mechanically injected motors.
By selecting the right model, you can minimize the mechanical amount of work to adapt the 123\TUNE to your engine.
So,If you want to tune your engine, or you have an engine for which there is no standard distributor available.....the new 123\TUNE is the answer ! By connecting it to a computer, the end-user can easily adapt the 123\TUNE to fulfill even the most demanding requirements. The unit offers two sets of curves that can be selected by placing 12 Volt on a wire from the 123\TUNE.
